Installation Service Microsoft Office 2021/2019 Professional Plus / Standard – 30 Minutes

We will remotely connect to your Windows computer and install and activate one of the following programs for you

• Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus
• Microsoft Office 2021 Standard
• Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus
• Microsoft Office 2019 Standard

What you need to prepare:

• Have your compatible PC connected to the internet with a reasonably fast connection
• Find a suitable time slot for 30 mins (slots are available during Central Time 10am-17pm)
• Connect to the remote access program Getscreen.me (link will be provided). Alternatively Google Remote desktop can be used.
• You need to have the Office image downloaded / DVD / USB inserted (instructions will be provided if needed)
• Have your 100% legal product key ready (instructions can be provided if needed)
• Have a US phone number or WhatsApp ready to jump on a call if needed.

Important Notes:

• contact me if something is unclear, before buying this service
• We will uninstall all your previous Office versions incl. office trial versions.
• We CANNOT fix your PC problems, viruses during this time. (separate service available)
• Email accounts / Outlook / printers, etc. will not be configured in this service (separate service available)
• A maximum of 30 minutes can be dedicated to this task (normally it’s going faster, depending on your PC speed). The time starts counting when your appointment starts. Be ready 5 minutes early!
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do it 24hrs before or loose the fee.
• You are responsible to backup your data before the installation
• The service is considered successfully completed, if Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. are activated and opening correctly OR if your computer is not compatible/ready for the install (not responding, too slow) OR if you miss your appointment without rescheduling 24 hours before.
