Changes happen in real-time, while absent team members (according to their preferences) only get a quick notification. The background is the use of OneDrive, the cloud from Microsoft. Data that you create with the Office 2021 Home and Business programs must therefore be stored there. If there is still a change ahead of you, you can see this as an opportunity to clean up your computer a bit. Because if you log in with your Microsoft account, OneDrive immediately gives you 5 GB of storage space. Of course, these can be expanded if necessary.
